Raised in a Family of Realtors, it was his father Luigi that got Dino his first part-time job in a grocery store as a teenager. Dino says: "We're a successful family - but we are a family of workers, we don't take things for granted."

This work ethic has shaped Dino, and after completing his undergraduate degree from York University and becoming a Real Estate Broker he was named Vice President of Century 21 Parkland in 1996. He has been a consistent Top Producing Realtor throughout the Century 21 Canadian network since.

Dino's commitment to his clients in unwavering - treating his client's families as if they were his own. One of his clients recently said:

Purchasing his first property at just 19 years of age, he has become a seasoned investor, building an admirable portfolio based on his diligent approach to working “the numbers”.  With a variety of financing options exclusively available through his network of connections, Johnny is able to get some of the most challenging deals done and closed.

Johnny offers a complete suite of real estate services: residential purchases and sales, investments, commercial leasing, land development, and private financing. Having built custom homes himself, Johnny has a wealth of experience in transforming raw land into a dream home.  This has proven to be crucial as he simplifies the process for his clients from start to finish.

Annette is very family-oriented, blessed first as a mother of three children and wife to a loving and supportive husband, Chris.  She is a second-generation Real Estate Broker. Her father Luigi, Century 21 Parkland’s Broker of Record, started in real estate approximately fifty years ago. Together with her siblings:  Dino and Johnny, they learned the business from their father. Servicing their clients to the best of their abilities and negotiating for optimal results are just some of the attributes they have organically learned from growing up in the real estate business.

Annette is a two-time graduate with the University of Toronto. Firstly with St. Michael’s College, combined specialist Bachelor of Arts Degree and secondly, with a Bachelor of Education Degree through the Faculty of Education.  In addition, she also holds a Translation and Interpretation Certificate with the Italian Department at the St. George Campus.  She is trilingual in English, French and Italian and has travelled and studied abroad.  As a true people-oriented person, Annette has a great appreciation for language, culture, and diversity.

Annette’s educational and previous work experiences have helped shape her business career. Her professionalism, work ethic and knowledge are impressive which have attributed to her success as the number one realtor at her brokerage for the past six years consecutively.

Trust is earned and her commitment is immeasurably delivered in every transaction. Consistently, Annette makes it look easy but works tirelessly until she is fully satisfied.  She is renowned amongst clientele which is evident in her referral business.

Colleen has a diverse background that includes real estate, investment banking, events marketing and interior design. Her unique skillset is a value-add to the team, allowing her to strategically market and showcase properties to their fullest potential. From start to finish, Colleen creatively manages and markets every project, overseeing all styling, staging, photography, videography and social media campaigns to drive favourable results.
